Safety Tips

Vacations are a joyful time, but you should not be careless about your and your family’s safety during them. Here are some things you can do before traveling.

Research local travel alerts and warnings

It is important to conduct advanced research on your location and to confirm with your local embassy any travel warnings or particular requirements.

Research about your desired property

Is it adapted for children? Is it potentially harmful to elderly persons? If you are not sure, you can always confirm it with our team.

Protect your financial and personal information

Keep financial information private and secure—this includes your social security or other tax ID number, date of birth, credit card and bank account information, and government-issued IDs.

Be cautious when sharing personal information, like your email address, phone number, home address, place of work, etc.

Stay connected

You might consider letting friends and family know about your travel plans. It’s really helpful to know the contact information for emergency responders around your stay.

First Aid

Who wants to get in an accident, especially in the middle of your vacation. But we really advise you to be prepared for any worst things to happen.

First Aid Kit

All of our properties are equipped with a standard first aid kit. Ask our villa manager where to find it.

React in Emergency Situations

Even if you have basic training, surely you do not want to put your or another person’s life in danger—let emergency medical professionals handle the situation.

However, following the Check – Call – Care process precisely, might save a life:

  • Check: Identify whether an emergency exists—check the person and the surroundings to see if they’re experiencing real risk or distress
  • Call: If the emergency seems critical, do not hesitate to call the designated emergency Indonesian number:
    • Local SIM -> Dial 0361 first
    • Foreign SIM -> Dial +62 361 before the emergency number
      • Main Emergency Number: 112
      • Police: 110
      • Medical Emergency: 112
      • Fire Department: 113
      • Search and Rescue: 111, 115, or 151
      • Tourist Police Kuta: +62 361 784 5988
      • Tourist Police Nusa Dua: +62 361 744 2622
      • Tourist Police Airport: +62 361 935 102
  • Care: Stay with the person, monitoring their vital signals and providing information to the medical team

If there’s an emergency in progress, please contact local emergency services or law enforcement authorities for assistance.
