To help ensure safe stays, experiences, and interactions, certain activities and behaviors are not allowed in our environment.
We take threats of suicide and self-harm very seriously and may reach out to authorities to request a wellness check if we are notified that there is an imminent safety risk. If you or someone else feel threatened or unsafe, please first contact local law enforcement authorities for assistance.
We don’t allow
- Threats or abuse: Threats, aggression, or abuse directed against others, including intimate partners, children, animals, and individuals who are ill or disabled, have no place in our environment.
- Sexual assault and misconduct: All forms of sexual assault and misconduct are prohibited. Unwanted or unwelcome touching, flirting or sexual conduct, or talks about personal relationships or sexual preferences are not acceptable.
- Human trafficking: It is prohibited to use force, deception, or coercion to recruit, shelter, transport, transfer, or receive an individual for the purpose of labor or sexual exploitation.
- Drugs: Any produce or manufacturing of illegal drugs from raw materials and/or plants, cultivating plants from which illegal drugs are refined, and any acts of sale, gift, traffic, or distribution of any form of drugs are strictly forbidden on our properties.
- Explosive devices, incendiary devices, or assault weapons: These items are never allowed at a stay or Experience, even if it’s legal to have them in your area.
- Firearms. Indonesian law enforcers strictly prohibit the possession of firearms and the like.
