The space
Upon entering the property, you’re welcomed by an impressive, grand spiral staircase situated at the heart of a spacious living area.

This living space features a spacious and cozy seating area, complete with a TV equipped with Netflix for those rainy days. Its decor is Mediterranean-inspired, emphasizing a minimalist and sleek design.

Adjacent to the living room is a spacious dining space, perfect for savoring the delicacies of the Balinese cuisine.

A fully-equipped kitchen is also on hand for preparing any meal, or you can opt to have someone cook for you. Please inform us if you’d like to arrange a dinner with an in-home chef!

One of the highlight of Villa Habitas is its outdoor area. Boasting a lagoon-shaped, crystal clear pool, it’s the ideal spot to bask in the Balinese sunshine! Adjacent to this pool is a spacious sunken lounge, an ideal setting for group gatherings and enjoying a drink for sunset.
The outdoor area also boasts several sunbeds scattered around the pool as well as another dining table, allowing for breakfast, lunch, or dinner in an outdoor setting.
Villa Habitas also features a spacious garden area.

The villa offers an unobstructed view of rice fields, providing the real Balinese experience.

Every bedroom at Villa Habitas comes with an en-suite bathroom, spacious closets featuring a safety box, and a king-sized bed. Of the four bedrooms in Villa Habitas, one is situated on the ground floor, while the other three, including the master bedroom with an added bathtub, are on the first floor.

Villa Habitas also enjoys large parking spaces which can accomodate up to 2 cars and scooters. It is located in a quiet street of Pererenan and trendy cafes, restaurants and bars are at walking distance of the villa.
You can be at the Pererenan beach and in the center of canggu in a short drive.
