The space
Blue Water Villa is a spacious and brand new two-story villa with a crystal clear private swimming pool where guests can enjoy two comfortable sun loungers and unwind after a long day of exploring the Island of God.

Natural light is welcomed through large floor-to-ceiling glass and windows, with one leading out to the garden and the pool. The tropical landscape gardens surround the outdoor decking and a 10 meters long overflow pool, which makes it a perfect zone for entertaining.

The social spaces of the villa include an enclosed air-conditioned living/dining area and a kitchen area, which opens directly onto the pool. There is a fully equipped bespoke kitchen with quality appliances such as a well-sized fridge, freezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, hot & cold water dispenser, oven, and stove for those who want to cook (or have someone cook for them), a thick wood dining table that seats 8 pax, and a breakfast bar for more casual affairs.

Next to it is the air-conditioned lounge area, a beautiful room featuring an L-shaped sofa, and enjoy movie nights with a huge 65” (165cm) flat-screen smart TV including Netflix/Prime Video subscriptions and a modern sound system.

The villa boasts three spacious bedrooms, each fully equipped with remote air-conditioning and luxurious en suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor and feature deluxe king-size beds, wall-mounted large 55″ flat-screen TVs, and en suite bathtubs and showers. The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and features a king-size bed and its own private en suite bathroom.

On the upper level, there is also a second small living space fitted with comfortable chairs and a working desk.

Villa Blue Water is located in a quiet street of Seminyak but at walking distance of the trendiest bars and restaurants. You can reach the nearest beach in about 10 minutes.
